As a self-professed Excel wizard, I really love to make EVERYTHING into a spreadsheet (it’s a bit concerning really…haha). That’s why when I manage my finances and financial goals, I decided to make templates for that too.
These templates are incredibly user-friendly (even my dogs could use them!) It’s very clear what information you need to enter, and very easy to analyse. All of my templates have a web, tablet and mobile version: I’m always on the go and I’m sure that you are too.
Accessibility and ease of use are essential when you’re quickly running the numbers and analysing a rental property. You can run the analysis tools while visiting a property, or even have a personal assistant run it for you. Anyone can use these tools, and they will simplify your life and save you time.
My templates are more comprehensive than the others that I’ve seen available for sale: other available property analysis templates do not have a detailed renovation section where you can add quotes, details of a project, and contractor names. I was sure to add this to make sure I’m considering every cost of a project as I know that renovations can make all the difference in an investment property. I thought of it all so you don’t have to!
